Are you a Rower or a Coxswain
Not everyone in the boat is a rower there is one other important individual in the boat. The coxswain or cox is the person who steers the boats and motivates the crew. The cox is as important as any other member of the crew. The cox acts as the brains of the whole operation. The rowers act as the engine and the cox is the driver.
Ideally cox's are small in height and weight, are loud and can take command of a crew.
No experience is necessary, just enthusiasm and a will to learn. If you are interested in becoming a cox for Neptune fill in the form and in the comments state that you are interested in coxing. Or if you want more information you can come down to the club and find out more.
